Speciefy Nature Bingo is a mobile application developed by Empathix AS. By using Speciefy Nature Bingo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About the App
Speciefy Nature Bingo is designed to encourage outdoor exploration and learning about nature.
Use of the App
You agree to:
- Use the app responsibly
- Respect nature, wildlife, and local regulations
- Not misuse, exploit, or interfere with the app
Safety and Use at Your Own Risk
Speciefy Nature Bingo is intended for outdoor use. Use of the app is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your safety and actions while using the app. You must:
- Use the app only in safe and appropriate environments
- Be aware of your surroundings
- Follow all applicable laws and guidelines
Empathix AS is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from use of the app. You are responsible for assessing risks in your environment before using the app.
User Accounts
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate information
Purchases
Speciefy Nature Bingo may offer paid content (e.g. bingo boards).
- Purchases may be completed through external payment solutions
- Speciefy Nature Bingo does not process or store payment information within the app
- All purchases are final unless required by law
- Prices may change at any time
User Content
By uploading content (such as photos), you:
- Confirm that you have the legal right to use and share the content
- Accept full responsibility for the content you upload
Content must not:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe the rights of others
Speciefy Nature Bingo reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, features, and functionality in Speciefy Nature Bingo are owned by Empathix AS unless otherwise stated.
No Warranties
Speciefy Nature Bingo is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Availability of the app
- Accuracy of content
- Error-free operation
- That the app will meet your expectations
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empathix AS shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal injury or accidents
- Loss of data
- Financial loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the app is at your own risk. This limitation applies even if Empathix AS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Children
Speciefy Nature Bingo is designed for families. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app and any content uploaded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
